For participation in any exhibition, the Exhibitor and «PERMSKAYA YARMARKA» enter into contractual relations for the following:

• A written application form for the participation signed by the parties which is the application № 1 to the contract;
• The contract;
• The present General terms and conditions, which are the application to the contract;
• Other appendices to the application form for the participation or the contract, containing the information for the catalogue, a plan of an exhibition stand, application forms for seminars and presentations, application forms for the participation in a competitive program, application forms for advertisement placement in the catalogue and others.

The area and services are given to participants taking into account wishes of exhibitors and resources of «Permskaya yarmarka».
The Exhibitor cannot transfer a given stand or its part to the third party for payment or free of charge; without the written authorization of «Permskaya yarmarka».
The participation in the exhibition is stipulated by the payment of the participation cost to «Permskaya yarmarka».

The participation cost includes the following:

• The rent sum for granting in temporary possession and use of a part of a exhibition area in the Exhibition centre irrespective of fact of granting/not granting of a stand (exhibition area);
• The sum of cost of services of building, rent of additional equipment and services of stand design;
• The sum of an obligatory registration fee for the participation in the exhibition;
• The sum of payment for publication of the information in the official exhibition catalogue and on the website devoted to the exhibition;
• The sum of payment for additional advertisement and other services. The rent, besides the cost of granting of an exhibition area includes the following: The cost of general electric lighting, heating and other utilities (except the electric power consumed by the Exhibitor at special connection;
• The cost of services of general guarding of the exhibition territory;
• Costs of insurance of cabinets for the whole period of the exhibition against a fire and acts of God, and also liability insurance for the harm to the third parties;
• The cost of services of workers of «Permskaya Yarmarka»;
• The cost of cleaning service of the general territory and garbage disposal. The rent cost also includes passes to the exhibition halls: one pass by four square meters of the rented area. Extra passes are paid by the Exhibitor according to the prices of «Permskaya Yarmarka».

An obligatory registration fee includes:

• expenses for the whole exhibition decorating;
• expenses connected with the organization and carrying out of opening and closing ceremonies of the exhibition;
• organizational expenses, and also assistance in carrying out of meetings and contacts with representatives of mass media;
• expenses for carrying out of a press conference, a presentation and a banquet;
• information expenses (badges, invitation cards etc.).

In connection with the fact of payment of the registration fee the Exhibitor is given the following:

• The right to take no less than ten invitation cards to the exhibition;
• The right to participate in all the events of the exhibition which are not required special permissions of the exhibition administration, including the events devoted to the opening and closing of the exhibition.

After the participation acknowledgement and the receipt of application forms for an exhibition area and additional services, «Permskaya Yarmarka» sends an invoice to the Exhibitor where participation cost is specified. The invoice should be paid within the term specified by the transfer to the settlement account of «Permskaya Yarmarka». At the same time the Exhibitor informs about the transfer.

Display areas and constructed stands are given to exhibitors only after the advance payment. If money isn’t transferred to the settlement account of «Permskaya Yarmarka» before the beginning of the event, the exhibition administration does not allow the Exhibitor to participate.

Statement for reduction of the confirmed display areas or a refusal of the participation are accepted, if they have been received no later than 20 days before the exhibition opening. After that day exhibitors are obliged to pay overall cost of the rented area and the ordered services, despite the fact that, whether they use the display area or not but if the payment has already been effected — the sums do not repay. In case of a refusal to participate the fee is not repayable. 111Before the termination of the exhibition exhibitors should pay for all additional services ordered at the exhibition according to the invoice. The minimum space of the renting area — 4 m2. A stand arrangement in the central part of a hall or on the main passageway, and also 2, 3 or 4 open stand corners increase by 10 % total rent cost and standard building of the exhibition area.

Ltd. «Permskaya Yarmarka - International exhibitions », acting as the General builder on the expocentre territory of «Permskaya Yarmarka» carries out mounting - dismantle, civil works and decorating of stands at the exhibitions and the fairs organized by the Exhibition centre «Permskaya Yarmarka» according to the exhibitors’ orders.
To mount a stand without outside help or with the help of contracting organizations the following engineering requirements should be observed:

• All temporary constructions and stands are established within the allocated area;
• Stand height should not exceed 2,50 m, and certain accents for company inscriptions and labels are allowed. «Permskaya Yarmarka» can approve a stand project of big height, in this case the payment for exceeding is taken as for the advertising area. Thus any exceeding of stand height, including the building of a two-stored stand, requires the permission of «Permskaya Yarmarka» which can be given in case if there is a complete technical documentation;
• Adjoining walls are paid by the Exhibitor as additional exhibition equipment;
• Passes between stands cannot be narrower than 3,0 m;
• Suspension of constructions to the hall ceiling is forbidden.

Mounting and dismantle of exhibits should be made only within the rented areas provided that the passes are free from containers and building waste.

Construction projects of stands should be presented without fail for the approval of "Permskaya Yarmarka» no later than 15 days before the exhibition opening. A stand construction decoration should meet the requirements of safety precautions and fire safety.

It is not allowed:

• To take the equipment and saw timbers and make sawing, planning and other joinery connected with manufacturing of stand details.
• To make paint-and-lacquer works connected with full painting of a mounting stand;
• To put paint, lacquer, glue or other hard-to-remove coating on floors, walls and columns of exhibition halls;
• To do any apertures into floors, walls, columns.

Mounting works of expositions (exhibits) begin according to the time established by «Permskaya Yarmarka», and should be completed no later than 2 hours before the official exhibition opening.
Exposition dismantle and export of exhibits are made only after the official closing.
